Philipp Andres

Philipp Andres has been involved in the wind energy industry since 1992. In addition to holding senior executive positions with several wind energy firms, he served as Vice President of Business Development for Vestas Americas and as General Manager for Vestas Canada until 2003. He later worked as a consultant for Vestas while developing some of his own wind energy projects in New York State and Ontario, Canada.  

In his newest venture, Philipp is the President and co-owner of Next Hydrogen Corp., a Canadian company developing an advanced water electrolyzer technology that will produce hydrogen from renewable sources of energy.  

A past Director of the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) and CanWEA, Philipp has also served on the board of the Association of Power Products of Ontario (APPro) since 1998. He lives in Ontario.
